Cancellation Policy
To ensure the smooth operation of our services and fairness to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. **Cancellation Notice**: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment or service time. 2. **Fees**: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or service time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged. 3. **No-Show**: Failure to cancel or show up for the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the total service cost. 4. **Refunds**: Fees incurred due to late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
